1. Program and Business Identity
FNova Homes, Inc. provides text messaging for people who contact us about their property. With the appropriate consent, messages may include replies to inquiries, property and offer updates, appointment scheduling, and reminders. Marketing messages, if separately selected, may include promotional offers and updates about our property-buying services.
2. Consent
You may opt in through a form that identifies FNova Homes, Inc. and describes the messages you agree to receive. SMS consent boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate choices. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or using our website does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. An incoming text authorizes a response to that inquiry; it does not by itself authorize ongoing promotional texts.
